Our story
One mill. Twelve grains. One quiet revolution.
Sri Vinayaka Foods began in a single room in Hyderabad with a stone mill, three sacks of jowar, and one belief — that the grain India fed itself for nine thousand years deserved a comeback.
We work directly with farmer co-operatives across the Deccan plateau — Telangana for jowar and foxtail, Karnataka for ragi, Rajasthan for bajra. No middlemen. Fair prices. Traceable harvests.
Every grain is cleaned, lightly polished, and stone-milled in small batches. Stone milling keeps the temperature low and the bran intact — which is where most of the fibre, calcium and iron live. Industrial roller mills strip all that away.
We don't bleach. We don't preserve. We don't add anything you can't pronounce. What's on the label is what's in the bag.
Eat what your great-grandmother ate.
She lived to ninety. We're betting it wasn't a coincidence.
